DMC/DSMB Management

  • KOL and SME search for suitable voting DMC/DSMB members

  • Scheduling and logistics of face-to-face/video and/or teleconference meetings

  • Generation of data package materials and a meeting presentation slide deck

  • Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and voting summaries

  • Independent biostatistician

  • Obtaining, processing, and updating voting member documents (CVs, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, conflict of interest statements, invoices)
