DMC/DSMB Management

We provide full-service stewardship of DMCs/DSMBs and handle all administrative tasks from initial formation and throughout the program’s lifecycle, in accordance with Sponsor specifications and appropriate regulatory guidelines:

KOL and SME search for suitable voting DMC/DSMB members
Charter generation, execution, and updates as required
Scheduling and logistics of face-to-face/video and/or teleconference meetings
Generation of data package materials and a meeting presentation slide deck
Preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and voting summaries
Independent biostatistician
Obtaining, processing, and updating voting member documents (CVs, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, conflict of interest statements, invoices)
